Oschadbank has entered into an investment loan agreement worth EUR 10.8 million with ELIOS LUCHKY LLC, a member of the Helios Strategia Group, to finance the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 22.35 MW, an inverter capacity of 16 MW, and a battery energy storage system with a capacity of 33.44 MWh in the Mukachevo district, the Zakarpattia region. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in January 2026.

"Our agreement with ELIOS LUCHKY is a project financing for a period of 7 years. These are the “long” funds for new construction that the economy needs. I am glad that more and more such investment projects are being implemented. In addition, it is indicative in terms of the combination of technologies that will ensure the possibility of maximizing profitability when selling electricity on the day-ahead market. This is a good example of a balanced approach to the development of the country's decentralized energy system," said Yurii Katsion, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank in charge of corporate business.

"This project is not only a step towards a new decentralized energy system but also a demonstration of the technological readiness of Ukrainian companies to implement complex infrastructure solutions. We are grateful to the Oschadbank team for their partnership and belief in high-quality projects of the new energy future," said Olena Skrypnyk, founder of Helios Strategia.

Helios Strategia, an international engineering group, specializes in EPC solar energy projects and the implementation of energy storage solutions for the industrial and commercial sectors. The total capacity of solar power plant projects in which the group has participated reaches 1.2 GW. Other facilities of the group are located mainly in the Dnipropetrovsk oblast, as well as in the Odesa and Mykolaiv oblasts.
