Oschadbank encourages entrepreneurs to take advantage of the free educational program Ukrainian Digital Bootcamp on the Prometheus platform

Oschadbank has become a partner of the large-scale free educational program Ukrainian Digital Bootcamp. This program was created by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) with funding from Switzerland and implemented on the largest professional development platform in Ukraine - Prometheus. As part of this partnership, Oschad, along with other Ukrainian EBRD partner banks, will provide support to program participants. This will include guest lectures from experts, personalized financial advice, practical document templates, and business guides. Oschadbank will share valuable knowledge and practical tools with entrepreneurs.

The Ukrainian Digital Bootcamp is a comprehensive training program that combines international expertise with Ukrainian practice. Its goal is to strengthen business competencies, support the digital transformation of Ukrainian enterprises, and contribute to Ukraine's economic recovery. The updated version of the program has expanded content, new strategic tools, and modern digital solutions to help entrepreneurs adapt to the new economic reality.

The Ukrainian Digital Bootcamp program is designed for:

• existing entrepreneurs seeking to scale their business, automate processes, and improve financial management;
• business owners recovering from losses or relocation;
• those who plan to start their own business;
• business consultants and managers looking for systematic approaches to business development;
• professionals who want to acquire digital business skills.

The program covers 8 free online courses, including courses from leading universities in the world (Harvard University, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign) and author programs from Ukrainian experts. A special feature of the Ukrainian Digital Bootcamp is the in-depth adaptation of materials to Ukrainian realities and challenges faced by businesses, including cybersecurity recommendations based on local risks and dealing with unstable currency fluctuations.

In addition to lectures, participants will have access to an AI tutor and an interactive business game. Registration for the program is already open on the platform Prometheus.

The project is being implemented by the EBRD with funding from Switzerland under the EBRD Small Business Impact Fund. The Fund donors are: Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, TaiwanBusiness (EBRD Technical Cooperation Fund). The partnership with Oschadbank strengthens the program's capabilities by offering Ukrainian entrepreneurs a unique combination of global experience and practical support from a leading Ukrainian bank.

Many Ukrainian banks consider it necessary to support their entrepreneurial clients through lending and organize various training programs for business representatives. The fact that leading Ukrainian banks have joined the Ukrainian Digital Bootcamp program on the Prometheus platform is further proof of this. This is also part of the social responsibility of the banking system, which sees itself not only as a financial partner of the Ukrainian economy, but also as helping Ukrainians and Ukrainian businesses in all areas where it is possible.
