Oschadbank Has Opened an Accessible Branch at the Odesa Railway Station

Oschad keeps expanding its network of inclusive banking spaces at the country’s largest transportation hubs. The new accessible branch has opened at the Odesa Railway Station (2 Pryvokzalna Square). Now passengers, residents, and visitors to the city have an opportunity to access essential banking services right along their route, with no extra time spent.

This is the second branch of this format: Oschadbank opened the first one in January 2025 at Kyiv Central Railway Station. The positive experience in the capital city demonstrated the demand for financial services when travelling and became the driving force behind scaling up the concept in Odesa.

The branch is designed in an open format, with no conventional cash desks or physical barriers between the customer and the bank employee. The inclusive space is designed to provide barrier-free access for wheelchair users and other visitors with reduced mobility, featuring a lowered servicing area, automated cash desk equipment, crutch holders, and an information stand written in Braille.

The branch offers a full range of banking services: payments and transfers, card services, currency exchange, account opening, insurance products, consultations, and the purchase of commemorative and souvenir coins from the National Bank of Ukraine.

“Odesa Railway Station is a key transportation hub through which thousands of people pass every day: passengers, military personnel, tourists, and local residents. Our goal is to provide banking services that are as accessible as possible to each of these people, offering a fast, convenient, and barrier-free experience. The new branch in Odesa is another step in implementing Oschadbank’s “My Accessibility” program and developing accessible banking and convenient services for all customers,” said Yuliia Moroz, Director of the Retail Business Sales Department at Oschadbank.

Business hours: Tuesday–Friday – 9:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m., Saturday – 9:00 a.m.– 4:45 p.m. (lunchtime break daily – 12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.). The branch operates continuously, even during extended power outages.
