Oschadbank—market leader in terms of net loan portfolio for legal entities in 2025

According to the results of 2025, Oschadbank maintains its leadership in lending to legal entities. According to official statistics from the National Bank of Ukraine, as of January 1, 2026, Oschadbank ranked first among Ukrainian banks in terms of net loan portfolio for business clients. The bank also occupied the first position in terms of total loan portfolio for legal entities without accrued interest and deduction of reserves.
Oschadbank's net loan portfolio exceeded UAH 101.6 billion, which is 13% of the market. Compared to the same date last year, it grew by more than UAH 11.5 billion, confirming the systematic increase in financing for Ukrainian businesses.
The structure of the net portfolio reflects Oschadbank's strategic focus on supporting areas that are key to the state. In particular, 33% of the portfolio is directed towards financing energy projects and providing energy resources, almost 25% towards agriculture and food processing, and 8.4% towards supporting the country's defense capabilities.
At the same time, the resource base is being strengthened. The volume of funds attracted by Oschadbank from legal entities at the beginning of 2026 amounted to UAH 212 billion, which is 11% of the market and the second-highest figure among Ukrainian banks. Oschad is the leader in the national currency: almost UAH 180 billion, or 13% of the market. During the year, the business portfolio grew by more than UAH 49 billion.
“Oschadbank continues to hold the leading position in business financing for the second year in a row. We are the leader in terms of the net loan portfolio of legal entities. At the beginning of 2026, we became the leader in terms of the total loan portfolio, providing businesses with financing of more than UAH 122 billion. We have once again confirmed the bank's systemic role as a key partner of Ukrainian business. Our priority is to continue to increase lending in strategically important sectors while strengthening our resource base to ensure further support for the economy,” said Yurii Katsion, Chairman of the Board of Oschadbank.
Overall, in 2025, the banking system demonstrated growth in the corporate segment: the volume of business funds increased by 17.3% year-on-year, and lending by 30.1%.
