Taking into account European and Ukrainian realities, as well as the war context, we have strengthened our risk management system. We pay special attention to assessing environmental and social risks in the lending process, particularly for investment projects in energy, agricultural processing, and social entrepreneurship.
In 2024, we also implemented an Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) under the "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" program. This system complies with the World Bank's Environmental and Social Standards (ESS 1-10) for evaluating low- and moderate-risk projects.
