Execution by Oschadbank of the Investigating Judge’s Ruling on the Suspension of a Management Board Member from Office

On 20 May 2026, JSC “Oschadbank”, in compliance with the ruling of the investigating judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv dated 18 May 2026, issued within the framework of criminal proceedings and binding for execution under the legislation of Ukraine, suspended Oleh Strynzha from the position of Deputy CEO, Chief Financial Officer of JSC “Oschadbank” until 09 June 2026.

Within the scope of its authority, the Supervisory Board of the Bank ensured the implementation of the necessary corporate and procedural actions related to the proper execution of the said court ruling and compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine. Such actions are aimed solely at the execution of the court ruling and do not constitute an assessment of the circumstances of the criminal proceedings or any conclusions regarding the actions of any persons.

It should be emphasized that procurement decisions within the Bank are adopted collectively in accordance with internal procedures and with due regard to the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine. The Supervisory Board supports the maintenance of proper transparent corporate governance procedures, internal controls, and management decision-making processes aimed at protecting the interests of the Bank and the State. Furthermore, within the scope of its competence, the Bank has carried out internal procedures and reviewed the available information, the results of which did not reveal any circumstances indicating that the Bank had violated the established requirements.

With the purpose of facilitating a comprehensive, complete, and objective clarification of the circumstances of the criminal proceedings, JSC “Oschadbank”, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine, ensures cooperation with law enforcement authorities and provides the necessary documents and information within the scope of relevant requests and procedural decisions in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine.

The Members of the Supervisory Board consistently adhere to the principle of the presumption of innocence and expect an objective and impartial investigation of the criminal proceedings in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
