Oschadbank's results in the “25 Leading Banks of Ukraine” rating: best cash collection, private banking, and mortgage product

Oschadbank received three “gold” awards at the ceremony summarizing the results of the annual rating of “25 Leading Banks of Ukraine,” which took place recently in Kyiv. Oschadbank won three major awards in the categories “Cash Collection,” “Private Banking,” and “Mortgage Product”.

Oschadbank's cash collection services have been recognized as the best on the market for many years. The total number of employees in the cash collection department is 2,600. They provide customer service, including in settlements closest to the combat zone, where other banks' cash collection services do not operate. The total number of cash collection points exceeds 50,000.

Oschadbank received the award in the “Private Banking” category for the growth dynamics of its key business indicators. This is the fifth award for Oschadbank's premium banking in 2025. These include Best Private Bank in Ukraine 2025 from Global Private Banking Awards, Ukraine's Best Private Bank 2025 from Euromoney Private Banking Awards, first place in the Best Personalized Customer Experience Case category at UCX'25, and an award for the best investment offer in classic assets from FinAwards.

The award for Oschadbank's mortgage program is also well deserved. The bank confidently maintains its leadership in the state program “eOselia” with a 36% market share: more than 8,000 loans worth over UAH 13 billion have been issued. Oschadbank has joined the implementation of a new mechanism for the state mortgage program “eOselia,” which provides powerful additional support for IDPs and residents of frontline territories. The bank has expanded the range of interest rates for standard mortgage lending.

In addition, Oschadbank won prizes in the following rating categories:

• silver in the categories “Agricultural Loans,” “Services for Legal Entities,” “Savings Deposits,” “Car Loans,” “Salary Projects,” and “Affluent Banking”;
• bronze in the category “Loans to SMEs and Individual Entrepreneurs.”

Four members of Oschadbank's management board were recognized in personal categories of the rating: Chairman of the Management Board Sergii Naumov (second place in the category “Best Business Development Manager” and third place in the category “Best Top Manager”), Anton Tiutiun (second place in the Best Retail Banker category), Yuriy Katsion (third place in the Best Corporate Banker category), and Oleg Strynzha (third place in the Best CFO category).
