Notice from Oschadbank, the consortium coordinator regarding the acquisition of ownership of the Gulliver commercial and office complex in the debt enforcement procedure

The consortium of Oschadbank (80%, the lead) and Ukreximbank (20%) acquired ownership of the Gulliver commercial and office complex (COC), which was used as security for the fulfillment of loan obligations.

The recovery procedure was initiated by two state-owned banks in connection with the non-fulfillment by the debtor,  "Three O", LLC, which was the owner of the Gulliver COC, of its obligations under the credit agreement.

The banks offer all tenants of the Gulliver COC to contact the Oschad legal advisor of Sayenko Kharenko to reissue the contractual relationship and inform them about the lack of legal grounds for making lease payments in favor of the previous owner.

The stable work of state banks today is an integral part of proper financing of our country's defense capabilities. The banks once again emphasize that all measures provided by law for debt collection will be actively taken against any unscrupulous debtors.
