From now on, Oschadbank's premium clients can consider investments in agricultural land as one of the elements of a diversified portfolio. The partnership with Tvoe Kolo provides full-service support—from site selection and legal verification to the organization of lease relations and further administration.

With the opening of the land market for legal entities in January 2024, land prices have been showing steady growth. According to official data from the State Geocadastre, in 2025 alone, it will be almost 30%. Experts forecast that the positive trend will continue in the long term, making land a profitable investment.
