Oschadbank Is Launching Licensed Investment Advisory Services: Focus on Comprehensive Financial Planning for Private and Premium Clients

Oschadbank is the first bank in Ukraine to implement a licensed investment advisory model for Premium and Private Banking clients. From now on, Oschadbank clients will be able to access strategic financial planning and comprehensive investment portfolio management tailored to their individual needs.

The new service is designed for clients who seek not only to make one-off investments but also to develop a sustainable long-term capital management strategy, diversify their assets, and move beyond traditional deposits. The service is provided under NSSMC License No. 34/21/2667/K01 dated August 1, 2025.

The Bank offers two service formats, both of which focus on systematic financial management throughout the year.

• Annual financial planning and comprehensive investment support (core format)

This approach is designed for those who seek systematic control over their capital. It involves in-depth long-term planning, clear financial goal-setting, continuous portfolio monitoring, and up to four updates to investment recommendations throughout the year. The service is tailored to the client's capital size and is available in three pricing packages, which vary based on the client's asset structure and investment needs.

• One-time personalized investment recommendation

An alternative format designed as a quick start. This includes an assessment of the client’s risk profile, analysis of their current financial goals, and the development of initial recommendations regarding portfolio structure.

The launch of the service marks Oschadbank’s switch to a licensed investment advisor model, where the focus is not on selling individual products but on creating a personalized framework for the client’s financial well-being.
