Oschadbank ensures uninterrupted operation of branches in the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions

Following another series of russian attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, some regions, particularly Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia, are experiencing temporary power supply issues. Oschadbank is doing everything possible to ensure that customers continue to have access to the necessary banking services.

During power outages, most Oschadbank branches in these regions continue to operate within the POWER BANKING network, created on the initiative of the National Bank of Ukraine. This ensures the operation of cash desks, ATMs, and services during prolonged power outages: 28 branches are operating in the Dnipropetrovsk region, 9 of which are in Dnipro, and 8 branches are operating in the Zaporizhzhia region, 6 of which are in Zaporizhzhia.

In total, there are 436 branches of the POWER BANKING network operating in the Oschadbank network, equipped with uninterruptible power supply systems that ensure operation during power outages lasting up to 5 hours. These branches serve customers of all banks - here you can withdraw cash, make transfers, pay for utilities, and use basic financial services.

Simultaneously, the appropriate bank services are implementing measures to augment the capacity of backup power systems in anticipation of extended power outages.

For the convenience of customers, the branch schedule is updated daily on the official website of Oschadbank and on Google Maps. In case of changes in the operating mode, relevant announcements are posted directly on the doors of the branches with an indication of the nearest operating institutions.
