Oschadbank once again recognized for implementing the inclusive program “My Accessibility”

Oschadbank received an award in the special category “Best Inclusive Bank Program” in summarizing the results of the nationwide competition “Bank of the Year 2025” yesterday in Kyiv. The organizers of the event, the International Financial Club “Bankir,” awarded Oschadbank this prize for implementing the inclusive program “My Accessibility.” This year marked the seventeenth edition of the competition.
In addition, last week Oschadbank received a silver Effie Award for its “My Little Independence” case in the “Cross-Media Storytelling” category. The project is dedicated to promoting accessibility in Ukrainian society. The case focuses on a multi-channel strategy and the effectiveness of the campaign's promotion.
Over the past two years, Oschadbank has received more than ten prestigious awards for promoting inclusivity, including from PaySpace Magazine Awards, Ukrainian Fintech Awards, Ukrainian CX Excellence, and Fin.Marketing, Banker Awards 2025, and others.
Oschadbank's inclusive program “My Accessibility” covers the development of inclusive branches, the development of a special service model, staff training, the implementation of digital solutions for remote banking, as well as large-scale communication initiatives to foster a culture of inclusiveness. A separate area of focus is working with veterans, from rehabilitation and return to active life to assistance in business development.
