Oschadbank put up for sale through Prozorro.Sales land plots in the Odesa and Kyiv regions

Oschadbank continues systematic work on the sale of non-core assets obtained in the process of settling problematic debt. The next step in this direction was the sale through the electronic trading system Prozorro. Sales of land plots in the Odesa and Kyiv regions.

The sale of property will take place at open electronic auctions, which ensures transparency of the procedure and equal access of potential investors to participate in the auction.

Three plots of land with a total area of 60 hectares, located in the village of Molodizhne, Odesa district, Odesa region, are put up for sale in one lot.

The purpose of the plots is placement and operation of main, utility, and auxiliary buildings and structures of processing, machine-building, and other industry enterprises.

The starting price of the lot is UAH 151,122,300 without VAT. It was formed using the three land plots' respective market values.

The auction is scheduled for April 13, 2026.

Oschadbank also put up for sale plots of land with an area of 7.7505 hectares and more than 5.4 hectares in the village of Kozyn, Obukhiv district, Kyiv region.

The starting sale price is UAH 91,057,000 without VAT and UAH 69,649,900 without VAT.

Auctions for these lots will take place on March 31, 2026.
