Oschadbank Has Listed a Claim Against JSC “VTORMET” for Auction on “Prozorro.Sales”

Oschadbank has listed a claim against JSC “VTORMET” for sale with collateral in a Dutch auction on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

The initial price of the lot is UAH 4.94 billion, excluding VAT. During the auction, the price will be reduced in increments of 0.1% of the initial price.

The auction is scheduled for September 30, 2026.

The collateral for the obligations includes, in particular, property rights to 160 apartments and 44 parking spaces in the STAR CITY residential complex in Kyiv, as well as 46 real estate properties across Ukraine, scrap metal processing equipment, 116 vehicles, and two watercrafts.

Banks and other financial institutions that are authorized under applicable law to provide loans are eligible to participate in the auction.

JSC “VTORMET” is a Ukrainian joint-stock company whose principal activity until 2022 was the recycling and processing of sorted materials (scrap metal).
