Oschadbank became the inclusive bank of the year for the second time in a row, according to the Banker Awards

Oschadbank won the “Inclusive Bank of the Year” nomination as part of the 2025 Banker Awards. For the second year in a row, the organizers of the competition award the “My Accessibility” program, which became an example of systematic work on creating an ecosystem of inclusiveness in the banking environment.

Banker.ua is holding this award for the second time, within which it determines the best banks and companies that form the country's financial system. The purpose of the award is to emphasize the achievements of businesses that, during 2025, introduced innovations, developed services and products, and improved the quality of customer service.

“For Oschadbank, this award is a confirmation that we are moving in the right direction. We are building not just a bank, but a space of equal opportunities, where every client feels respect and support. “My Accessibility” is not a separate program but part of our philosophy, because the recovery and development of a country must be based on the principles of inclusion. We will continue to expand “My Accessibility” so that it opens up new opportunities for people with disabilities and for veterans, to whom we owe the fact that we live in a free country,” noted Sergii Naumov, Chairman of the Board of Oschadbank.

The “My Accessibility” program covers the building of inclusive branches, the development of a special service model, staff training, the implementation of digital solutions for remote banking, and large-scale communication initiatives to create a culture of inclusiveness. A separate direction is working with veterans from rehabilitation and return to active life to assistance in business development.

Oschad systematically and consistently implements inclusive solutions. Currently, 710 branches of the bank meet state standards of inclusiveness, 23 of them are superinclusive according to the bank’s own project, and 10 mobile branches on wheels work in remote and front-line communities where there are no other banking institutions. Hundreds of ATMs and terminals have been adapted for the visually impaired. An important direction is the rehabilitation of veterans: together with partners, Oschadbank actively cooperates with the Superhumans Center, built 5 veteran rehabilitation modules, and helps develop adaptive sports.

In addition, the bank offers financial instruments for veterans like “Business 4.5.0” with preferential lending, helps to implement the veteran direction of the state grant program "eRobota" (“eJob”), and, together with regional military administrations, the bank contributes to the provision of interest-free loans to veterans for the purchase of housing within the state “eOselya” (“eHouse”) program. A separate program of support and integration into peaceful life is in place for demobilized employees of Oschadbank.

Over the past two years, Oschadbank has received more than ten prestigious awards for the development of inclusiveness, including from PaySpace Magazine Awards, Ukrainian Fintech Awards, Ukrainian CX Excellence, and Fin. Marketing. Winning the 2025 Banker Awards was another confirmation of the bank's consistency in implementing the principles of barrier-free accessibility.
