Oschadbank and AGCO Corporation Will Help Entrepreneurs to Modernize Their Agribusinesses on Preferential Terms

Oschadbank and the international corporation AGCO, a global leader in agricultural machinery manufacturing, have announced the launch of a partnership financing program for Ukrainian agricultural manufacturers.

This collaboration aims to expand access to modern machinery for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in the agricultural sector and to facilitate their technical fleet modernization   on favorable terms.

Within the program framework, Oschadbank customers could purchase machinery from AGCO’s leading global brands - Fendt, Valtra and Massey Ferguson (high-tech tractors, combine harvesters, engines and systems for precision farming). This financing will help agrarians to invest in their operations modernizing even under challenging economic conditions as well as to reduce the strain on their working capital.

• interest rate - from 0.01% per annum in hryvnia (depending on the financing term and down payment);
• down payment - from 0% of the machinery cost (100% financing available);
• loan term - up to 10 years with a flexible, customized repayment schedule taking into account the seasonality of the business;
• collateral - the purchased equipment or property rights thereto (no additional notarization required simplifying the application process).
