Oschadbank and the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration (RMA) have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at strengthening support for regional entrepreneurs participating in the eRobota program. As part of the new initiative, businessmen will be able to receive compensation for their own contribution to the grant from the regional budget of up to UAH 100 thousand.
The program provides for partial coverage of expenses for recipients of eRobota state grants totaling from UAH 500 thousand to UAH 1 million. Veterans or people with war-related disabilities who have fulfilled the terms of the grant agreement with the State Employment Center can participate in the program. An important condition is the absence of debts to the budget, official business registration in the Kirovohrad region, and conducting business activities for at least one year.
Payments will be made within the funds provided for in the budget of the Kirovohrad region, and the main administrator is the Department of Economic Development and Trade of the Kirovohrad RMA.
"Ukrainians are going through extremely difficult times. Success at the front depends on the stability of the economy and the reliability of the home front. Therefore, comprehensive support for business, transparent and honest, is an opportunity to create new jobs, modern technologies, and quality products. This is especially true for war veterans. In this area, the cooperation between the regional military administration and Oschadbank in terms of assistance to the recipient of state grants, eRobota, is effective and reliable... We will continue to cooperate, because we are talking about development in spite of the war," Andrii Raykovych, head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, comments on the signing of the memorandum.
"We constantly maintain a dialogue with local authorities and jointly look for new tools to support businesses, especially those entrepreneurs who, despite the war, create jobs, pay taxes, and develop their communities. This agreement is an example of effective cooperation between Oschadbank, the regional authorities, and the state program to support entrepreneurship, which helps businesses get the necessary resources for development. I am confident that the support of veterans in the Kirovohrad region will help strengthen the development of local small businesses," said Natalia Butkova-Vitvitska, Oschadbank Board Member in charge of MSMEs.
