Oschadbank and the Solomiia Krushelnytska Lviv National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre have signed a memorandum of cooperation on the occasion of the theatre's 125th anniversary. The document provides for the implementation of a number of joint initiatives aimed at supporting Ukrainian art and developing the country's cultural space.

Within the framework of the partnership, the parties will cooperate in the preparation and implementation of cultural events and educational and social projects that will promote Ukrainian culture. Key areas include increasing the accessibility of cultural events, developing the theater's digital infrastructure, and introducing modern communication formats that will help strengthen the connection between audiences and the artistic community.

"For Oschadbank, supporting culture is not a charitable act; rather, it is a strategic decision. We are convinced that culture is the code of a nation, its inner strength and spiritual support. That is why it is a great honor for us to join in celebrating the 125th anniversary of the Lviv Opera, one of the greatest symbols of Ukrainian art. We want our cooperation to help the theater not only preserve traditions but also move forward with confidence," said Sergii Naumov, Chairman of the Board of Oschadbank.

The bank consistently supports cultural initiatives in Ukraine. Since 2017, within the framework of the Oschad Premium program, a number of partnership projects have been implemented with well-known Ukrainian artists, brands, and cultural institutions. After the start of the full-scale invasion, Oschadbank expanded these activities, moving from support to co-creation, helping to rethink Ukrainian culture in a modern context.

Cooperation with the Lviv National Opera is a continuation of the bank's systematic work in the field of cultural partnership. Oschadbank recently signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Odessa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre for 2025-2026. Both agreements combine the efforts of the parties to develop culture, expand inclusive opportunities, and strengthen the role of art as a factor of social unity.
