Oschadbank has become the only authorized bank for new state “child” payments

Oschadbank has become the first and currently the only authorized bank in which special accounts are opened for crediting new state payments—assistance for caring for children under one year of age and under the eYasla (eNursery) program.

Special accounts are opened on the basis of applications and in accordance with the decisions of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, which administers these payments. At the request of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, Oschadbank has already opened the first accounts with a special usage mode for recipients who have submitted applications since the beginning of 2026.

The funds are financed by the Pension Fund of Ukraine and are credited exclusively to special accounts opened at an authorized bank.

Applications for payments can be submitted through the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the Administrative Services Center, or authorized representatives of local communities. After receiving notification of the opening of an account and the crediting of funds, customers can contact an Oschadbank branch within their region to obtain a payment card in accordance with the requirements of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. You will need your passport and identification code to accomplish this.

Oschadbank provides the technical and operational capabilities to open special accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
