Oschadbank has transferred UAH 4.8 billion in dividends to Ukraine’s state budget on the basis of its operating results in 2025. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision approving a dividend payout ratio of 30% of the bank’s net profit. At year-end 2025, Oschadbank achieved a historic record, posting UAH 16.0 billion in net profit, which is more than double its financial performance in the previous year, 2024. In the first half of 2026, Oschadbank contributed a total of UAH 10.5 billion to the state treasury. This amount includes dividend payments totalling UAH 4.8 billion, as well as other taxes and levies paid to the state budget.

“The Oschadbank team is fully aware of its role in providing economic support and ensuring the state’s financial stability during the full-scale war. Oschadbank’s record financial results achieved in 2025 have enabled it to make a significant contribution to supporting the state, as every hryvnia today goes towards Ukraine’s financial stability. In the first six months of 2026, Oschadbank has already generated UAH 8.4 billion in operating profit, enabling the payment of UAH 3.7 billion in corporate income tax to the budget, thereby demonstrating 100% fulfilment of its targets,” said Yurii Katsion, Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank.

Oschadbank once again confirms its leading position in the banking system of Ukraine, remaining one of the largest taxpayers among Ukrainian banks and a reliable financial backbone for the domestic economy. The bank consistently ranks second in terms of net assets and customer deposits, and is the leader in terms of the number of branches.

As of 30 June 2026, Oschadbank’s assets stood at UAH 494.7 billion, its loan portfolio at UAH 136.8 billion, and total customer deposits reached UAH 426 billion, of which UAH 247.6 billion were held by private individuals. For the first half of 2026, the bank’s operating income reached UAH 20.6 billion, operating profit stood at UAH 8.4 billion, and net profit was recorded at UAH 3.4 billion. At the same time, Oschadbank meets all regulatory requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine for regulatory capital adequacy, demonstrating a sufficient level of financial stability and the ability to effectively manage potential risks.
