Oschadbank Expands Digital Capabilities for Businesses: OschadID Enables Secure Document Signing and Use of QESs on External Platforms

Oschad News

Oschadbank’s business clients can use the OschadID app to sign payment transactions and documents in the CorpLight remote banking system, as well as to access government services and electronic document management platforms. The new tool provides enhanced security for banking transactions and expands the use of qualified electronic signatures (QES) outside the banking system.

The development of digital services is one of Oschadbank’s key initiatives to remove barriers for entrepreneurs. Today, 24% of new customers join the Bank through remote onboarding, 55% of credit line disbursements are processed online, and 27% of accounts are opened remotely. CorpLight is used by 241,000 customers, 86% of whom are active online banking users, and 99% of payments are made using the platform. The number of system features has grown from 42 in 2018 to 112 in 2026. This allows customers to access banking services remotely, and the launch of OschadID expands the capabilities of this servicing model.

OschadID functions as a second factor of authentication when signing payment transactions and documents in CorpLight. The app also allows users to use their QESs on external platforms, such as “Cloud Key” in the State Tax Service’s taxpayer portal, on the Diia portal, in public registries (resources with the ID.GOV.UA identifier), and on certain electronic document management platforms. In addition, OschadID can be used to generate a file-based QESs for use in Software Register of Settlement Operations (SRSO).

“We are consistently developing digital services so that entrepreneurs can handle more matters remotely, avoiding extra travel and wasted time. Today, 24% of new customers already apply for our services remotely, and 99% of payments in CorpLight are carried out online; we continue to expand the capabilities of our digital services. OschadID combines an additional layer of security when working in CorpLight with the opportunity to use QES on external platforms. For entrepreneurs, this means greater convenience in their daily interactions with the Bank, government services, and electronic documents,” said Natalia Butkova-Vitvitska, member of Oschadbank’s Management Board in charge of MSMEs.

The transition to OschadID is automatic and does not require a visit to a branch. OschadID is already available on Google Play and the App Store. CorpLight users will receive a notification inviting them to download the app and will be free to choose a convenient time to proceed with the transition. To activate the app, users must follow the instructions in the CorpLight notification.

Oschadbank is committed to developing digital solutions for micro, small, and medium-sized business clients, striving to make banking services more convenient and accessible for entrepreneurs.
