Oschadbank offers condominiums and management companies a digital platform, “My Housing Complex”, for managing residential facilities

Oschad has developed a modern solution for managing residential facilities - the My Housing Complex web service. This innovative digital platform is designed for associations of co-owners of apartment buildings (condominiums) and management companies. It will help make the management process transparent, convenient, and fully accessible online.

“Our goal is to facilitate the work of condominium management and improve communication between residents and management organizations. The My Housing Complex platform is a response to the current challenges in housing management. It makes this process as transparent and efficient as possible,” said Andrii Kiriienko, Head of Acquiring Business Unit.

Launched last month, the platform has already gained popularity among users - almost one hundred housing cooperatives across Ukraine have successfully integrated My Housing Complex into their daily operations.

Thanks to this service, condominiums have a comprehensive solution in one account with many advantages, which allows them to

• issue invoices for utilities and other services;
• conveniently communicate with residents via a mobile application;
• publish news and announcements for residents of the building;
• conduct online voting and meetings with signatures through the Diia app.

To join the My Housing Complex platform for condominiums and management companies, you need to

• leave an application on the Oschad website;
• get a manager's consultation;
• sign an agreement.

A demo version is available for testing the platform (login: demo@, password: demo123).

To start using the service, residents should

• download the My Housing Complex application on Google Play or the App Store;
• register by entering your phone number and receiving a confirmation code;
• specify the address of the house.
