Oschadbank has Integrated into TrackSEP: Businesses Are Now Able to Track Payment Status in Real Time

Oschadbank has joined the TrackSEP service introduced by the National Bank of Ukraine. From now on, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises will be able to track interbank payments at any time when transferring funds between IBAN accounts, right from the moment the funds are debited until they are credited to the beneficiary's account.

The service is available 24/7 in real time, covers instant payments as well, and allows customers to track every stage of a transaction with no need to contact the bank, which facilitates quick decision-making.

“It is crucial for businesses to be aware of the status of their funds at all times. Quick and transparent settlements contribute to such confidence in day-to-day operations. Thanks to TrackSEP, entrepreneurs are able to track the entire payment cycle from debiting to crediting and to make quick decisions with no extra time wasted. It is a practical tool for effective working capital management,” said Nataliia Butkova-Vitvitska, an Oschadbank’s Management Board Member in charge of MSMEs.

Each transaction has a unique UETR (Unique End-to-End Transaction Reference) identifier, which is a reference code that is used to track the transaction throughout its entire bank-to-bank processing.

To track a payment, follow these steps:

• find the unique UETR payment identifier in the web version or CorpLight mobile app;
• visit the NBU website bank.gov.ua;
• enter the UETR and the payment amount.

The service displays the key stages of payment processing - from its creation to its crediting or rejection, with the reason indicated. The data is stored for 30 days.

Integration into TrackSEP is part of the payment infrastructure development and provides businesses with greater transparency and control over their day-to-day financial transactions.
