Oschadbank becomes the first bank in Ukraine to connect to the global Mastercard Gateway

Oschad, with support from Mastercard, has become the first acquiring bank in Ukraine to integrate the global Mastercard Gateway solution for online payment acceptance.

Mastercard Gateway is a global payment platform that enables acceptance of payments across multiple channels — from in-store to websites and mobile apps. The platform provides secure transaction processing with advanced fraud protection. It offers a single connection to accept payments worldwide, enabling merchants’ expansion into new markets, while providing consumers with a convenient and trusted payment experience.

The platform offers several features:

• a secure international gateway for accepting card payments;
• support for Mastercard and other major card schemes, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Click to Pay and other global services;
• recurring payments and subscriptions powered by tokenisation technology.
• fraud protection using advanced security tools and Mastercard Identity Check;
• flexible integration options, from a ready-to-use payment page to developer APIs.
