Oschadbank is a Partner of the URC 2026 International Side Event on the Development of Sustainable Communities and the Recovery of Ukraine

On June 24, 2026, in Gdańsk, ahead of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 (URC 2026), will take place an international side event BUILDING RESILIENT COMMUNITIES: SECURITY, INFRASTRUCTURE AND RECOVERY INNOVATIONS, partnered by Oschadbank.  

The event will bring together representatives of the Ukrainian and Polish governments, international organizations, financial institutions, donors, as well as business community and civil society to discuss practical mechanisms for community recovery, infrastructure development, support of entrepreneurship and investments for recovery of Ukraine.

• Volodymyr Lavrenchuk, Chairman of the Supervisory Council of Oschadbank, will participate in BUILDING RESILIENT COMMUNITIES: Infrastructure, Industrial Partnership, and Recovery Innovation, a session dedicated to the development of resilient infrastructure, industrial partnerships and innovative solutions for the recovery of Ukraine’s communities and economy.

Oschadbank leads the market in municipal financing in Ukraine and as of May 1, 2026, holds 39% of the loan portfolio in this segment.

• Natalia Butkova-Vitvitska, the Member of the Management Board of Oschadbank in charge of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Businesses, will address the thematic session FinanceHER: Financing Women Rebuilding Ukraine. “From Promise to Progress: One Year of FinanceHER Action,” dedicated to expanding women entrepreneurs’ access to financing, developing financial instruments to support businesses as well as summarizing the results of the first year of the FinanceHER initiative.

The support of women’s entrepreneurship remains a primary area of focus for Oschadbank’s Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Business (MSMB) segment: approximately one-third of the bank’s MSMB loan portfolio comprises enterprises led by women. The bank offers a range of unique grant, educational and loan programs for women in business.

One of the key highlights of the event will be the launch of the Resilient Communities Solidarity Coalition - an international platform for cooperation aimed at supporting community recovery, developing local economies and finding innovative solutions for sustainable reconstruction. The event will also feature a ceremony welcoming new international partners to the FinanceHER initiative.

A separately held part of the program will be the Women Rebuilding Ukraine Marketplace - an exhibition area where Ukrainian women entrepreneurs will showcase their businesses, products and their own stories of growth.
