Oschadbank announced the final reduction in the price of the loan pool of the Ukrlandfarming group of companies

Oschadbank put up for auction the rights of claim under loan agreements and related collateral agreements of the borrowers—the Ukrlandfarming group of companies (PJSC RAIZ-MAKSYMKO, PJSC “AGROHOLDING AVANGARD,” LLC “IMPEROVO FOODZ”) and LLC “PAKKO HOLDING.”

This stage of the sale is final. After a series of preliminary auctions with a gradual reduction in price, the bank has exhausted the possibility of further adjustments.

Therefore, the current auction is the last chance for potential investors to purchase a pool of secured loans, which includes production assets throughout Ukraine: elevators, poultry farms, egg processing plants, etc., as well as guarantees from individuals and legal entities.

The sale will take place in the form of a public auction (Dutch auction) on the PROZORRO.SALES platform.

The auction date is December 10, 2025.

Terms and conditions:

• starting price of the lot—UAH 5,038,520,000;
• guarantee deposit—1.5% of the starting price of the lot;
• lot price reduction step—0.3% of the starting price of the lot;
• the minimum sale price is UAH 1,138,705,520.

If the auction is unsuccessful, the bank will proceed with the active implementation of the liquidation scenario for debt collection.
