Oschadbank has Granted a Loan to the Zhovtantsi Community: Modernising the Heating System Will Cut Costs in Half

Oschadbank has signed a loan agreement with the Zhovtantsi Village Territorial Community in Lviv Region for UAH 4.06 million. The funds will be used to modernise the heating systems at the “Vyshenka” pre-school.

This financing is being provided as part of Oschadbank’s programme for local authorities.

The total cost of the project is approximately UAH 4.6 million. According to preliminary estimates, the modernisation will halve heating costs.

“For communities, investment in energy efficiency means not only upgrading infrastructure but also the opportunity to free up funds for other needs. In the Zhovtantsi community, the modernisation of the heating systems at the ‘Vyshenka’ kindergarten, attended by 106 children, will help to significantly reduce heating costs. The estimated payback period for the project is five years.

The loan agreement with the Zhovtantsi community has been concluded for a term of 60 months.

The Zhovtantsi territorial community comprises 14 settlements in Lviv Region. Its administrative centre is the village of Zhovtantsi.
