Oschadbank provides another help to equip the Superhumans Center

Oschad has provided another charitable assistance to the Superhumans Center, a war trauma center specializing in reconstructive surgery, prosthetics, rehabilitation, and psychological support for war victims. Thanks to the bank's contribution of UAH 10 million, the center purchased the following high-tech medical and rehabilitation equipment:

• an expert-class ultrasound diagnostic system;
• a system for the rehabilitation of upper and lower limbs;
• BalanceMotus KINE-SIM rehabilitation system;
• an operating lamp with a video recorder.

The equipment will be installed at the Superhumans Center's units in Dnipro and Odesa.

"Supporting the Superhumans Center is another consistent step in the implementation of Oschadbank's inclusive program My Accessibility. We believe that today it is the duty of all Ukrainians to help those who lost their health while defending the country. The Superhumans Center is an example of how modern medicine, a professional team, and the concern of many philanthropists make miracles happen and bring wounded heroes back to normal life. That is why we are implementing numerous programs to help this rehabilitation center," said Sergii Naumov, Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank.

This is not the first time Oschad has been actively involved in partnership programs aimed at helping the Superhumans Center. Last year, the bank implemented 4 projects that helped the center's patients recover from serious injuries.

Thus, Oschadbank, together with MasterCard, financed the creation of two wards at the Superhumans Center and a sterilization unit at its own expense for a total of UAH 10 million.

In October last year, Oschad supported the charity game “Match for Heroes,” where veterans wearing prostheses played a football match with Ukrainian stars. About UAH 8 million was raised for sports prostheses for veterans who are wards of the Superhumans Center.

In addition, as part of the #SuperCoins charity event organized by the National Bank of Ukraine, Oschad customers raised about UAH 2 million. The funds were allocated to the surgical area, namely complex reconstructive surgeries on the face, neck, and limbs for Ukrainians affected by the war.
