Oschadbank became one of the leaders of the Main Financial Award of the Association of Ukrainian Banks (AUB) by the results of 2025, winning the first places in key nominations and confirming the high efficiency of the business.
Oschadbank took first place in three categories:
- in issuing bank guarantees;
- for the most dynamic growth of net assets;
- by the number of issued mortgage loans.
Oschad showed strong dynamics in these segments: the increase in the area of bank guarantees exceeded 1000%; through mortgage programs the bank helped 8,451 families to purchase their own home; and net assets grew by almost 20%.
According to the results of the award, Oschadbank also took second place in the categories “Banking Efficiency” and “Dynamics of Profit Growth,” showing record financial results: profit more than doubled (+110%), and return on assets increased by 84%.
Also, the bank won third place in a number of categories that showed customer trust, credit growth, partnership with the state, and the bank's efficiency. In particular, in 2025, Oschad increased the deposit portfolio of businesses and private clients, increased the volume of lending to private clients, and demonstrated the growth of investments in domestic government loan bonds and a high level of capital profitability.
Natalia Butkova-Vitvitska, a member of the board of Oschadbank responsible for micro, small, and medium-sized businesses, received special recognition. She was included in the rating of the 30 most influential women of the financial sector of Ukraine.
“For me, this is not only a personal recognition but also an award for the entire team with which we work every day to support business and strengthen the economic stability of Ukraine. Women's leadership in the financial sector today is already a new standard based on responsibility, systematicity, and the ability to achieve results even in difficult conditions. It is important that such initiatives emphasize the role of women in the transformation of the financial sector and create new opportunities for leadership development,” Natalia Butkova-Vitvitska noted.
