Oschadbank is the leader of the state program for compensating the cost of domestic agricultural machinery

Oschad News

In 2025, Oschadbank's agricultural clients received more than UAH 280 million in partial compensation under the state support program for the purchase of domestic machinery and equipment. This is the highest figure among all banks participating in the program, with Oschadbank accounting for 44% of the total. Oschadbank has thus confirmed its status as the leading financial partner of Ukrainian farmers.

The state compensation program is designed to help farmers save up to 25% of the price of new agricultural machinery and equipment (excluding VAT), at least 60% of which is Ukrainian in the form of raw materials, components, works, and services. It covers a wide range of equipment, from tractors and combines to irrigation systems, grain dryers, and livestock equipment. The list approved by the Ministry of Economy currently includes more than 13,800 items from 157 manufacturers.

Oschadbank's largest share among all program participants is due to:

  • professional support for clients at all stages—from preparing documents to receiving funds;
  • high probability of compensation approval thanks to experience working with the program;
  • rapid processing of applications;
  • provision of advice on the selection of equipment in accordance with the official list of the Ministry of Economy.

"Today, agribusiness is one of the key sectors of the economy, ensuring the country's food security and supporting its stability in wartime. We understand how important this program is for farmers, so our specialists accompany clients at every stage. This helps them make the most of the program, in the implementation of which Oschadbank has significant expertise," comments Natalia Butkova-Vitvitska, member of the Oschadbank Board responsible for MSMEs.

In order to participate in the program, agricultural producers must be registered in the State Agricultural Register, possess Ukrainian beneficiaries, have a positive credit history, and have no tax debts. Compensation is provided for equipment purchased after April 8, 2024. The maximum amount for one recipient is UAH 71 million.

In 2025, Oschadbank provided Ukrainian MSMEs with loans totaling more than UAH 10 billion, and more than 56% of these funds were received by agribusiness companies. This once again underscores Oschadbank's strategic priority of cooperating with agricultural enterprises.

Detailed terms and conditions of the program and the list of equipment are available at Oschadbank branches and on the bank's official website.
