Oschadbank has integrated document multisharing through Diia
Oschad News
Oschad was one of the first Ukrainian banks to introduce a new digital service for micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) - document multisharing through the Diia application within the Oschadbusiness online platform.
From now on, Oschadbank's business clients can send a full package of documents at a single request much faster and more conveniently, which greatly simplifies and speeds up business processes.
"The launch of multisharing with Diia is another step in our strategy of digitalizing banking services for entrepreneurs. Multisharing speeds up the exchange of documents, and reduces the risk of errors and costs. We work hard to provide our clients with modern digital solutions that save time, improve customer experience, and, at the same time, simplify the lives of entrepreneurs. This is exactly the case when technology works for convenience and results," says Natalia Butkova-Vitvitska, Oschadbank Board Member in charge of MSMEs.
The service supports a wide range of documents: ID card, international passport, tax number (ITN), permanent and temporary residence permits, income statement, child's birth certificate, IDP certificate, records of name change, marriage or divorce, pension certificate, educational documents, veteran's certificate, driver's license, technical passport and student card.
The process of using multisharing is as simple as possible: the client presses a button or scans a QR code with a smartphone with the Diia app, selects the necessary documents, and signs the request using Diia.Signature. The documents are automatically sent with a digital signature and the Diia seal. Even if the user does not have all the documents, the system sends the available ones, and the business immediately sees what is missing.
A particular advantage of the new service is that it works even when some documents are temporarily unavailable. For example, if you need an income statement that was not previously available for sharing, the system will automatically send a notification when the document becomes available and complete the sharing process.
To connect multisharing, entrepreneurs need to set up or update the integration with Diia. The service is paid for by the bank but remains completely free for citizens who send documents.
All technical instructions and information on tariffs are available on the website
integration.diia.gov.ua or in the Telegram bot @AiDiiaStartBot.
The project was implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine with the support of the National Bank of Ukraine as part of the national strategy for the development of digital services.
