Oschadbank and Fozzy Group Entered into a Strategic Partnership: First Loan Agreement Worth UAH 300 million and Expansion of Acquiring Services

Oschadbank has provided Silpo Food LLC, a member of the Fozzy Group, with an overdraft facility in the amount of UAH 300 million. The funds will be used to replenish the company’s working capital, specifically to ensure timely payments to suppliers. At the same time, the parties have entered into a long-term merchant acquiring partnership. As part of cooperation, Oschadbank has already set up 500 POS terminals in Silpo supermarkets. Going forward, the parties intend to expand their cooperation by increasing the number of retail outlets that will use the Bank’s payment infrastructure.

We are launching this partnership in two areas at once – providing the company with an overdraft facility amounting to UAH 300 million and launching acquiring services, offering a comprehensive set of financial solutions to one of Ukraine’s leading retailers. This partnership complements the overall growth of our corporate business: in the first half of 2026 alone, Oschadbank has signed loan agreements totaling UAH 13.8 billion, which is 56.8% more than during the same period last year,” said Serhii Chernikov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank, in charge of Corporate Business.

Oschadbank’s business client loan portfolio (corporate business and MSMEs) reached UAH 106.8 billion as of June 30, 2026. Oschadbank is one of the leaders in the acquiring market in Ukraine. As of the first half of 2026, the Bank’s network comprised 85,600 POS terminals. The Bank offers a full range of advanced payment services for businesses, including the OschadPAY app, which enables entrepreneurs to accept cashless payments via a smartphone rather than using a conventional POS terminal.
