Oschadbank has put the Ramada hotel and the Europa business center up for sale through the OpenMarket trading platform of the Setam State Enterprise

Under the terms of financial leasing, an administrative and hotel center with a total area of 39,590 square meters and a two-level parking lot with an area of 17,500 square meters, which is a 22-story four-star hotel under the Ramada Encore brand and the Europa business center, has been put up for auction. The hotel has 332 rooms and 58 apartments. The hotel's infrastructure includes a conference center with a total area of over 4,000 square meters with 20 conference rooms, a two-level parking lot, fitness centers, and restaurants. The property is located at the intersection of three major highways leading to the elite settlements of Obukhiv District and Koncha-Zaspa, ensuring good traffic and accessibility (the address is 103 Stolichne Highway, Kyiv). Auction terms: • the cost of the financial leasing object is UAH 797,727,551; • during the bidding (auction), participants submit their price proposals for the first lease payment, and the winner is the participant who, at the end of the electronic bidding, has submitted the highest price proposal for the amount of the first lease payment; • the step of the electronic bidding (auction) is the amount by which the initial sale price of the lot is increased —the first lease payment and each subsequent price of the lot —UAH 1,000,000.00; • the financial lease term (the term for which the financial lease object is transferred to the lessee) is 120 months from the date of conclusion of the financial lease agreement; • the procedure for making the second and subsequent lease payments is according to the schedule specified in the lot (section “Investments”); • the remuneration to the lessor is 8.59% per annum. Remuneration to the lessor is calculated on the amount of the actual balance of the debt for reimbursement of the cost of the financial lease object; • the guarantee deposit is UAH 10,000,000.
