Oschadbank put up for sale on the Prozorro auction site land plots in Kyiv with a total area of 6.37 hectares

Oschadbank has posted an announcement on the Prozorro.Sales electronic trading system regarding the sale of three land plots with a total area of 6.3671 hectares for the purpose of "03.15. For the construction and maintenance of other public buildings" in the Dniprovskyi district of Kyiv between Mykilsko-Slobidska Street and Brovarskyi Avenue. The sale will take place in a single lot through electronic bidding with a starting price of UAH 323,414,052.34.

Before finalizing the purchase agreement, the winner of the electronic auction must give the bank a written guarantee that public interests regarding the future use of the land plots for their intended purpose will be taken into consideration.The interests of citizens living in the historic area of Mykilska Slobidka should be taken into account.

The bank acquired ownership of the land pursuant to a decision of the Commercial Court of Kyiv, which upheld Oschadbank's claims against one of its debtors for foreclosure on the mortgaged property.

The starting price for the sale of land plots at auction was based on a report by an appraisal agency, according to which the market value of the land plots is UAH 323,230,000.00.

The announced auction will be another attempt by Oschadbank to sell a non-core asset that is not used and cannot be used in banking activities. Holding this asset has a negative impact on the bank's financial results and its ability to meet its planned performance targets.
