Announcement of the Сompetitive Selection for the Position of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board in Charge of Finance at the Joint-Stock Company “State Savings Bank of Ukraine”

The Supervisory Board of the JSC “Oschadbank” announces the launch of a competitive selection process for the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board in charge of finance (CFO)  due to the imminent termination of the current CFO's  contract and pursuant to the Article 7, Section 38 of the Law of Ukraine  “On Banks and Banking Activities” providing for the appointment of the CFO based on the results of a competitive selection process.

Oschadbank ranks among Ukraine’s largest systemically important banks  playing a pivotal role in supporting the country’s macrofinancial stability, serving the public sector, implementing nationally significant social programs, as well as financing the economy and its post-war recovery. The bank carries out a large-scale transformation as part of its Strategic Program for YY2024–2028  aiming to modernize its digital infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, adopt modern business approaches, enhance corporate governance, risk management systems, as well as ESG practices in line with the best international standards.

To ensure an transparent, unbiased and effective selection process, the Bank’s Supervisory Board has engaged Ward Howell Ukraine  - an international consulting firm specializing in the recruitment and assessment of senior executives for top companies.
