Supervisory Board Announces the Termination of the Powers of the Deputy CEO Chief Financial Officer

Based on mutual consent, the powers and employment of Oleh Strynzha, Deputy CEO, Chief Financial Officer were terminated on June 29th, 2026.

Over the past five years, under Oleh Strynzha’s leadership, Oschadbank’s finance function has undergone a comprehensive transformation.

Throughout his tenure at the Bank, Oleh consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to Oschadbank’s best interests. He consistently drove the implementation of important changes aimed at the Bank’s long-term development, among which are the development of a modern management reporting framework aligned with international best practices; the establishment of a modern enterprise data warehouse providing the foundation for advanced data analytics, including the automation of cross-selling processes using machine-learning models; the implementation of a modern Asset and Liability Management (ALM) function; and significant enhancements to capital adequacy management, as well as improvements in the quality of financial reporting and audit, the introduction of enhanced approaches to procurement and investment management, particularly in the area of IT. These initiatives are already delivering tangible results and, once fully implemented, are expected to improve resource efficiency, optimise costs and have a positive impact on the Bank’s capital position.

The Supervisory Board reaffirms the position set out in its previous public statements concerning the criminal proceedings involving Oleh Strynzha. That position remains unchanged.

Consistent with the fundamental principle of the presumption of innocence, the Supervisory Board has no grounds to question Mr. Strynzha's professional integrity and continues to recognize and appreciate his significant contribution to the Bank's development.

The termination of Mr. Strynzha's mandate is a corporate governance decision and should not be construed as a determination of, or commentary on, the criminal proceedings or their merits, nor as an indication of their actual or potential outcome.
