Oschadbank customers already receive 5% or 15% cashback: how the updated program works

Since March 1, 2026, Ukraine has been running an updated state program called “National Cashback.” Now, instead of a fixed 10% cashback, cashback is calculated at differentiated rates—5% or 15% depending on the category of Ukrainian-made goods.

Users of Oschadbank's “National Cashback” cards are already receiving funds under the new rules—automatically and without any additional actions.

• 15% cashback is accrued on Ukrainian-made goods in categories where the share of imports exceeds 35%. These include certain non-food items (cosmetics, household chemicals, clothing, and footwear), as well as food products—hard and soft cheeses and certain types of cereals and pasta.
• 5% cashback is applicable to Ukrainian-made products in categories with a lower import percentage, such as beverages, sweets, pharmacy items, groceries, most meat and dairy products, and other daily necessities.

The program mechanism has not changed: funds are automatically credited to the National Cashback card, and the amount credited can be checked in the Diia app. The maximum cashback amount is UAH 3,000 per month.

You can apply for a National Cashback card at Oschadbank free of charge online in the Mobile Oschad app.

1. Make sure that Mobile Oschad and Diia are updated to the latest version.
2. In Mobile Oschad, on the main screen, tap “+” (My options) → “Order a card” → select the “National Cashback” product.

The virtual card is opened instantly and free of charge.

3. In Diia, select the National Cashback service and specify the Oschadbank card for crediting funds.
4. In Mobile Oschad, you need to specify the cards (salary, pension, etc.) used to make purchases and give permission to transfer transaction data for cashback accrual.
