Inditex brings back six brands to the Gulliver Shopping Mall at once following the property’s transfer to state-owned banks

The Gulliver Shopping Mall has officially announced the reopening of stores belonging to one of the world’s leading fashion retailers. From today, the Inditex Group key brands — Massimo Dutti, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Oysho and Zara Home — are once again available to visitors.

The return of these brands is an important step towards restoring the mall’s full fashion offering. For visitors, it means the return of familiar and beloved stores into a well-known downtown location.

The resumption of cooperation with international retailers became possible upon stabilising the property’s legal status. Since July 2025, the mall has been owned by Oschadbank and Ukreximbank due to the previous owner’s failure to meet its loan obligations. In October 2025, the court lifted the seizure of the property, after which the complex came under the management of the state-owned banks.

“The reopening of Inditex stores at the Gulliver is a clear indicator of trust to the new landlord. Transparency of ownership and predictability of terms and conditions are key factors for global business. Today, we provide exactly these conditions, and it produces results. We are delighted to see that world-class brands place their stake on the Gulliver and Kyiv shoppers,” said Arsen Miliutin, Deputy CEO of Oschadbank in charge of NPL.

The Inditex Group is a leading global Spanish fashion retailer and one of the world’s largest fashion manufacturers and distributors managing such brands as Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara and Zara Home.
