The hub of inclusive TikTok (HIT), which is supported by Oschadbank within the inclusive program “My Accessibility,” has completed the second season of training and released a new stream of bloggers—teenagers with disabilities from different regions of Ukraine. The project helps young people master content creation tools and makes the digital space more open and accessible.

The second season of HIT brought together dozens of teenagers from all over Ukraine. According to the results of the selection, 40 interviews were conducted from 84 applications, as a result of which 20 participants joined the final training.

During their studies, they learned to create scripts, work with frame and sound, shoot and edit videos, master storytelling, and blogging principles. The project became for them not only an educational program but also an opportunity to tell their own stories and become visible in the digital space.

Over the course of four months, 12 lectures were held by mentors and experts, and more than 580 videos were created. The content shot during the project collected more than 2 million views.

Well-known TikTok bloggers—Roma Genii, Diva Olivka, Maryna Serdeshniuk, and TUMAZAR—joined the project. They helped participants master content creation tools and supported teenagers in their quest to be heard and seen on social media.

“For Oschadbank, inclusiveness is not only about the availability of the physical environment but also about equal opportunities for self-realization. Within our program “My Accessibility,” we support initiatives that help people with disabilities be active participants in social and digital life. The inclusive TikTok hub gives teenagers tools for self-expression, helps them develop content creation skills, and become visible to a wide audience,” noted Anton Tiutiun, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Oschadbank.

HIT is implemented within the framework of the UNICEF campaign “Children as Children” with the support of the authorized advisor to the President of Ukraine for Children's Rights and Children's Rehabilitation, Daria Herasymchuk, in partnership with the NGO “Vidchui” (“Feel”), Oschadbank, and 1+1 media school.
