ANNOUNCEMENT Court hearing in the COC Gulliver case

Oschad News

On February 24, 2026, the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal will consider two cases concerning the future legal status of one of the largest commercial and office complexes in the capital, the Gulliver COC.

The court will consider two cases. The first case (No. 910/2221/25) concerns the legality of the initiation of preventive restructuring proceedings by Three O LLC, which was initiated by the debtor in response to the commencement of enforcement proceedings by a consortium of state-owned banks.

The second case (No. 910/11182/25) concerns attempts by Three O LLC to challenge the opening of bankruptcy proceedings.

The debtor's intention in these cases is to attempt to establish control over the bankruptcy proceedings through related parties, which may affect further challenges to the state banks' ownership of the Gulliver COC.

The banks are protecting their rights in accordance with the law and believe that the court will give a proper legal assessment of all the circumstances of the case.

The decisions made in these cases will also send a strong signal to Ukrainian society and our international partners regarding

  • the fairness of Ukraine's judicial system and the true rule of law;
  • the state's protection of investors' interests and a favorable investment climate;
  • the stability of Ukraine's financial system, which is based on banks that lend to businesses.

We invite media representatives to attend the court hearings to cover both cases.

The hearings will take place at the following address:
