How to obtain a qualified electronic signature at Oschadbank

Oschadbank is a qualified provider of electronic trust services (QPTS) and provides customers with services for the creation and use of qualified electronic signatures (QES).

The bank offers a full range of trust services, including:

• creation, verification, and confirmation of the validity of a qualified electronic signature or seal certificate;
• creation, verification, and confirmation of qualified electronic signatures and seals;
• other services for working with electronic documents.

To become a user of electronic trust services, you must personally undergo the identification procedure at a separate registration point of Oschadbank's QPTS.

To do this, you need to:

1. Prepare the documents: originals and copies of your passport and taxpayer identification number (TIN) certificate, an application for registration to obtain a QES certificate, which can be found at http://ca.oschadbank.ua/documents.
2. Contact the Oschadbank QPTS registration point. A list of addresses and contacts is available at ca.oschadbank.ua/contacts.
3. Generate keys on a secure medium (token or smart card) that provide the highest level of security.
4. Obtain a QES certificate that allows you to use an electronic signature to sign documents, submit reports, participate in tenders, and perform other official actions in an electronic environment.
